What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days Clarobid asks you to pick a plan. Your data and settings stay in your account, so you continue exactly where you left off.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly with no long contract. Cancel from your account and your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you add VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. Businesses in the EU with a VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). Private buyers and Swedish businesses pay their country’s VAT at checkout, and every purchase comes with a proper invoice from our payment partner.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your account. Upgrades apply straight away and the price difference is prorated; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
What counts as an Amazon account?
Each marketplace of a Seller or Vendor account counts as one: a seller in the US, UK and Germany uses three. Bulk file accounts count the same way.
