1. Who we are

Clarobid is made by [COMPANY NAME], org. no. [NUMBER], [ADDRESS], Sweden (“we”). Orders are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER, e.g. Paddle.com], our reseller and merchant of record, which sells you the subscription and issues your invoice.

2. Your subscription

A subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Clarobid web service for the number of Amazon accounts in your plan, while your subscription is active. You may not resell or sublicense access, share your sign-in, or reverse engineer the service.

3. Free trial and billing

The 14-day free trial needs no card. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices exclude VAT, which the merchant of record adds where it applies.

4. Your Amazon accounts and ad spend

You stay responsible for your advertising. Clarobid suggests and, if you choose, applies changes to bids, budgets, keywords and campaigns in your Amazon Ads accounts. You decide which changes to apply and which rules run automatically. We are not responsible for ad spend, sales or results, including from changes you approved or rules you turned on. Review changes before applying them and use the guardrails Clarobid provides.

5. Third-party services

Clarobid connects to Amazon Ads, and if you choose, to Anthropic (AI Assistant, with your own API key) and to your email provider (summary emails). Your use of those services follows their terms. Clarobid is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Clarobid running and compatible with Amazon’s interfaces, but Amazon may change them. We may update features; we will not remove core features you pay for during a paid period without notice.

7. Liability

Clarobid is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish or EU consumer law.

8. Termination

We may close an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using Clarobid and cancel at any time.

9. Law

Swedish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the laws of their own country.
