Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try Clarobid before paying anything.

First payment

If Clarobid isn’t for you, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the month. Yearly renewals can be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal date.

EU consumers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the service during the withdrawal period you agree that the service begins immediately; you may still withdraw, and we refund the unused part. [Have this wording checked.]

How refunds are paid
